Through the Pathfinder Programme, Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) links professional training with employment and business pathways. It targets refugees and host community members who may not have completed secondary education but whose education levels are above those addressed by traditional livelihoods projects. JRS partners with a range of educational providers to deliver training in both online and face-to-face modes. In 2021, the Pathfinder Programme was piloted in four countries and reached 2,153 students.
