Kiron’s mission has been making quality education more accessible for refugees. Kiron was found in 2016 in Germany and in 2017 Kiron established country offices in Lebanon and Jordan to provide a variety of in-person course facilitation and one-on-one student support services. These services develop online curriculum learners which take via Kiron’s platform. Therefore, from Kiron Campus, there are 17,000 refugees worldwide reachable and 8,000 live in Jordan and Lebanon.
This year, Kiron also developed several key partnerships and blended learning programs through offices in Jordan and Lebanon. The program serves learners from refugee communities and other underserved youth. Furthermore, Kiron also received generous funding from several donors, including the HOPES Consortium in Lebanon and the Islamic Development Bank Transform 20202 fund in Jordan.
